German Chancellor Olaf Scholz announced his rejection of the statements made by US Vice President J.D. Vance on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference yesterday, Friday.
According to the Al-Mayadeen channel website, Scholz stressed in a speech on Saturday during the Munich conference that “his country does not accept anyone interfering in its internal affairs,” rejecting the US Vice President’s interventions in favor of the German right-wing “Alternative Party.”
This came after the US Vice President met with the party’s leader, Alice Weidel, nine days before the German elections scheduled for February 23.
