Mass marches were launched in Tehran and all over the Islamic Republic on Monday morning, to commemorate the 46th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran.
The crowds gathered in Azadi Square in the capital Tehran and more than 1,400 areas and cities and more than 35,000 villages across the country, where the events began with the playing of the national anthem.
In the capital Tehran, as in all Iranian provinces, cities and villages, the mass crowds headed towards (Islamic Revolution) Street in enthusiastic marches until reaching “Azadi” (Freedom) Square.
During the demonstrations, in addition to carrying the flag of the Islamic Republic of Iran and pictures of the martyrs of the Sacred Defense, the flags of Yemen, the Lebanese Hezbollah, Palestine, the Popular Mobilization Forces, and the resistance factions were raised.
Among the striking things that appear annually and have reappeared this year in the march are the coffins bearing the symbols of the Zionist occupation entity and the leaders of this entity, as the Iranian people express their denunciation of Israel’s crimes in Gaza.
On February 10, 1979, the Iranian Islamic Revolution, led by Imam Khomeini, triumphed over the most brutal dictatorial regimes in the world supported by the United States of America.
