Israeli Aggression On Jenin, Its Camp Enters Its 31st Consecutive Day

The Israeli occupation continues its aggression on the city of Jenin and its camp, for the 31st consecutive day, which has so far resulted in the killing of 26 Palestinians and left dozens of injuries, and caused the displacement of thousands of civilians, amidst unprecedented destruction, demolition and burning of homes.

A woman was shot by the occupation forces in the chest and abdomen yesterday at the Return Roundabout near the entrance to Jenin, while a child and a young man were detained while trying with a number of citizens to enter the camp to check on their homes.

While the occupation continues to send military reinforcements accompanied by bulldozers and fuel tankers to the entrances and surroundings of the camp, it also brought water tanks yesterday, in addition to small rooms used for internal communications, amid widespread destruction of homes, property and infrastructure, and drones continue to fly at low altitudes in the skies of the camp.

Hospitals are also suffering from a severe water shortage after the occupation forces targeted and destroyed water lines, as nearly 35% of the city’s residents suffer from lack of water.

The occupation completely demolished more than 120 houses in Jenin camp, amid widespread destruction of infrastructure.
