Israeli Enemy Continues Its Aggression On Jenin, Its Camp For Thirty-Fifth Day

For the thirty-fifth consecutive day, Israeli occupation army continues its aggression on the city of Jenin and its camp, which has resulted so far in the killing of at least 27 Palestinians, WAFA news agency reported.

In an escalation of the aggression, the occupation army expanded its aggression on the governorate and stormed a number of its towns, amidst deliberate sabotage and destruction of the infrastructure and streets.

The occupation further sent a unit of armored tanks to the city of Jenin where it stormed the city from its western entrance and reached the vicinity of Jenin camp and the Jabriyat area in the city.

The occupation army continued to storm the town of Qabatiya, south of the city, for the second consecutive day, where the occupation stormed the town and imposed a curfew for 48 hours, while its bulldozers destroyed the infrastructure, water and electricity lines, and swept away streets and citizens’ property.

Additionally, the occupation soldiers also seized local residents’ homes and turned them into military points. During the raid, they detained dozens of young men.

The occupation forces sent their military reinforcements accompanied by bulldozers to the town of Qabatiya, continuing their raid.

In the town of Yamoun, west of Jenin, the occupation bulldozed the streets, deployed snipers on the rooftops of several homes and buildings in the town, raided citizens’ homes and interrogated them. The occupation’s vehicles also stormed the town of Silat al-Harithiya, forcing citizens to close their shops.

At dawn today, the occupation forces stormed the town of Burqin, west of Jenin and their bulldozers carried out widespread destruction and sabotage in the streets and infrastructure, especially around the Al-Abarah roundabout.

The Israeli occupation isolated the homes of citizens west of Jenin camp with barbed wire the day before yesterday, Saturday, after forcing them to evacuate them.

The massive destruction left by the occupation bulldozers inside the camp neighborhoods is revealed, as it destroyed citizens’ homes and properties and changed the camp’s geography significantly.

Estimates indicated that the number of detainees in Jenin has reached about 160 citizens, as the occupation continues to carry out widespread dentation operations from the city and the rest of the towns and villages
