Speaker of the Parliament, Yahya Ali al-Ra’i, sent a congratulatory message to the Speaker of the Shura Council of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, on the occasion of the 46th anniversary of the victory of the Iranian Islamic Revolution.
