The Presidency of the Yemeni Parliament renewed its endorsement and support for the wise, honorable, and courageous positions of the leader of the revolution, Mr. Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and the President of the Supreme Political Council, Field Marshal Mahdi al-Mashat, in managing the country’s affairs with responsibility and competence.

It also praised their conscious handling of the issues of the nation, particularly their steadfast support for the Palestinian cause until the achievement of a ceasefire agreement, the cessation of aggression and siege, and the exchange of prisoners.

The Presidency commended Yemen’s responsible stance in transitioning to the stage of monitoring the implementation of the agreement, leading to de-escalation, allowing ships to pass through the Bab al-Mandab Strait, and the initiative to release the crew of the “Galaxy” ship to help ensure the success of the agreement.

In its meeting  chaired by Yahya Ali al-Ra’i, Speaker of the Parliament and head of the Presidency, the  Presidency reaffirmed its rejection of the absurd statements made by US President Donald Trump regarding incitement to commit the crime of displacing the Palestinian people to territories in Egypt, Jordan, or Saudi Arabia.

The Presidency emphasized that neither the US President nor anyone else has the right to grant the lands of others or determine the fate of the Palestinian people, as the Palestinian people are the decision-makers and rightful owners of their land.

It warned against repeating the ominous Balfour Declaration, whose catastrophic effects and repercussions on the rights of the Palestinian people persist to this day.

It pointed out that Yemen, despite the wounds inflicted by some brothers in the countries of the aggression coalition, cannot compromise or accept the forfeiture of the legitimate rights of the Arab and Islamic nation. This is especially true regarding the plight of the Palestinian people and the threats faced by brothers in Egypt, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia.

It affirmed that Yemen will stand with everyone who defends their rights, lands, and sovereignty against the policies of Trump and the Zionist criminal Netanyahu, as well as his criminal statements against the people of the nation and the region.

During the meeting, the Presidency of the Parliament strongly condemned and denounced the arrogance and terrorism practiced by the current U.S. administration against the International Criminal Court (ICC).

It criticized attempts to influence the court and punish it for its decision to arrest Zionist war criminals, including the head of the occupying entity’s government, Netanyahu, and his former defense minister, for committing brutal massacres, genocide, and ethnic cleansing against the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank.

The body considered the decisions taken by the US President to impose sanctions on the ICC and anyone who supports the plight of the Palestinian people as absurd, in violation of international law, and an infringement on the sanctity of the court.

It stressed that these actions deviate from the international consensus supporting the legitimacy and decisions of the court.

The Presidency called for an end to the violation of international and humanitarian law, putting a stop to chaos and the law of the jungle, and ensuring that Zionist war criminals are not protected or allowed to escape punishment.

It emphasized the need to prevent the Zionist entity from committing further crimes and atrocities against the Palestinian people, including the conspiracy of displacement orchestrated by Zionist war criminals, led by the terrorists Trump and Netanyahu.

The body stated that it is ironic for US President Trump to issue a decision classifying the ICC as “terrorist” in retaliation for its condemnation of Israel for war crimes against the Palestinian people. It also criticized his description of the ICC judges as “terrorists” from his perspective.

During the meeting, the Presidency welcomed the announcement by Democratic Congressman Al Green of Texas regarding his motion to impeach Trump over his plan to control the Gaza Strip and displace its residents.

It described Trump’s proposal as a heinous act amounting to ethnic cleansing, stressing that it violates international law and human values.

The Presidency called on freedom-loving members of the US Congress to adopt this announcement and take legal action to remove the deranged Trump from office.
