The Sixth Sana’a International Coffee Exhibition Launched Today

Today in The Al-Sabeen Park in the capital Sana’a, the activities of the Sana’a International Coffee Exhibition in its sixth edition 2025 AD will start, organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, and funded by the Agricultural and Fisheries Production Promotion Fund.

The exhibition – which comes under the slogan (An Immortal Legacy.. A Global Flavor) and its activities will continue for five days – aims to support and develop coffee cultivation, raise productivity levels, enhance marketing mechanisms, and promote it in global markets.

The exhibition includes multiple activities, including holding an exhibition of coffee products from various Yemeni regions, training workshops and scientific seminars on the value chains associated with this crop, in addition to cultural activities to raise awareness of coffee as a cultural character and historical legacy of the Yemeni people.

The Minister of Agriculture – Chairman of the Preparatory Committee Radwan Al-Rubai – explained that the exhibition will be attended by coffee traders and exporters, agricultural associations specialized in coffee, the Union of Coffee Producers Associations, farmers, and specialists in the coffee industry, to display the latest products and technologies in this field.

He pointed out the importance of the exhibition in introducing coffee products, qualifying producers, traders and companies, reviving the history and culture of this crop, and restoring its status and Yemen’s civilization as the first leading country in the field of coffee.

Minister Al-Rubai stressed that “the main goal of the exhibition is to raise awareness of the importance of coffee cultivation and productivity and its unique characteristics and advantages, as it achieves revenues and profits that exceed the costs of production inputs, in addition to its contribution to supporting the national economy with hard currencies from the proceeds of its export to foreign markets,” calling on coffee farmers, producers, exporters, institutions, bodies, the private sector and all segments of society to participate actively in the exhibition.
