The stations of the Yemeni Center for Monitoring and Studying Earthquakes and Volcanoes in Dhamar province, recorded a mild tremor on Tuesday evening, located 13 kilometers from the historic city of Zabid in Hodeida Governorate.
The seismic bulletin, published by the head of the monitoring center, Eng. Mohammed Hussein Al-Houthi, on his Facebook account, confirmed that the monitoring stations recorded an earthquake measuring 2.4 on the Richter scale at 7:55 PM in Zabid.
The bulletin clarified that the earthquake occurred 13 kilometers north-south of the city.
