General Federation of Yemeni Workers’ Unions called on Arab, Islamic and international trade union organizations to take serious positions to stop and reject the plan to displace the Palestinian people.
The Federation said in a statement: “The Federation of Yemeni Workers’ Unions is following the arrogant Zionist and American statements calling for the displacement of the Palestinian people and the replacement of the Zionist herds who were brought in droves from all over the world in place of the historical owners of the land.”
It pointed out that the displacement plan cannot be implemented in light of the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and their adherence to their land, and also in light of the unified Arab and Islamic cohesion and the participation of Arab rulers with their people in decision-making and opening the door to holy jihad.
The statement added, “The General Federation, as it follows the convening of an Arab summit, hopes that the outcomes of its decisions will be strong, clear, and clear in vision and concept, and it hopes that its decisions will not be like previous summits.”
He continued, “We in the Yemeni trade union movement support all the firm national and political positions towards the Palestinian cause and the establishment of the Palestinian state on all its territory with Jerusalem as its capital,” urging the normalizing countries to return to the truth and withdraw from normalization.
The statement of the Yemeni Trade Union Federation expressed pride in the principled and honest positions of Yemen, officially and popularly, throughout the war of extermination against the brothers in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank since October 7, 2023, stressing the continuation of support and assistance to the Palestinian people until the end of the occupation.
