Foreign Ministry Condemns Zionist Entity For Blocking Aid To Gaza

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates strongly condemned the decision by “Israeli occupation ” to halt the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip and the closing of the crossings .

In a statement obtained by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the ministry described this move as a blatant violation of the ceasefire agreement and international humanitarian law, particularly the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949.

The statement emphasized that the Zionist entity has not only violated the ceasefire agreement and failed to adhere to the humanitarian protocol, but it has also blocked the entry of humanitarian aid, which further proves its disregard for international covenants and conventions.

The statement warned that the Zionist entity could undermine the ceasefire agreement and resume its aggression against the Palestinian people in Gaza.

It reiterated that such actions would prompt Yemen to resume its military operations in support of the Palestinian resistance.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the emergency Arab summit, set to convene tomorrow in Cairo, to adopt a strong Arab position that supports the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people and addresses their grievances.

The ministry also urged the international community, particularly the United Nations Security Council, to pressure the Zionist entity to fully comply with the ceasefire agreement, move to the second phase, and allow the unconditional entry of humanitarian aid.
