The Israeli occupation authorities issued 41 administrative detention orders on Thursday, against Palestinian prisoners from the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.
The Palestinian Authority for Prisoners and Released Prisoners reported that the administrative detention orders ranged from 2 to 6 months, including an order for prisoner Shahd Hassan from Ramallah.
Since October 7, 2023, the Israeli occupation authorities have escalated the policy of administrative detention, which has affected more than 12,100 citizens from the West Bank, excluding Gaza, where the numbers are estimated to be in the thousands.
