Six Thousand & 579 Iftar Meals Distributed Daily To Poor Families In Al-Thawra Directorate

15 charitable kitchens in the Al-Thawra Directorate in the capital Sana’a provide six thousand and 579 Iftar meals daily to poor and needy families in various neighborhoods of the directorate, through community initiatives and support from philanthropists and benefactors.

These community charitable initiatives come in implementation of the directives of the leader of the revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, to care for the poor and needy, address their needs, and consolidate the bonds of solidarity, social compassion, and benevolence among society, especially during the month of mercy, forgiveness, and goodness.

The director of the directorate, Aqil al-Saqqaf, explained that 15 charitable kitchens and bakeries were inaugurated in various neighborhoods of the Al-Thawra Directorate, distributing six thousand and 579 meals and one thousand and 896 loaves of bread to the neediest families daily during Ramadan as part of the Ihsan program with the participation of the Binyan Development Foundation.

He pointed out the importance of charitable works and charitable projects targeting the poor and needy during the holy month to revive the values ​​of social solidarity, urging wealthy and well-off people to give and support Ramadan kitchens to continue their charitable giving.

Al-Saqqaf praised the efforts of charitable and charitable men and all contributors and those in charge of Ramadan charitable kitchens.. noting the role of everyone in promoting charitable works and social solidarity, which is a true translation of the directives of the Leader of the Revolution.
