Today, the American aggression aircraft resumed targeting Al-Rasul Al-Azam Hospital for Oncology Treatment in Sa’ada Governorate for the second time, in blatant violation of all international and humanitarian laws.
A security source in Sa’ada explained that the US-led coalition targeted the hospital for the second time, destroying it, after having previously targeted it with several airstrikes a few days earlier.
The Human Rights Sector in Sa’ada Governorate reiterated its condemnation of the US-led coalition’s continued targeting of the Al-Rasoul Al-A’zam Hospital for Cancer Treatment.
It considered the targeting of civilian objects a flagrant violation of all international and humanitarian laws and conventions, holding the United States fully responsible for targeting civilian objects and facilities.
A few days ago, the US-led coalition deliberately targeted the hospital with 13 airstrikes, destroying large parts of it and causing catastrophic damage to its vital facilities.
The Cancer Control Fund condemned the US-led coalition’s targeting of the Al-Rasoul Al-A’zam Hospital for Cancer Patients in Sa’ada Governorate.
The Fund called on the international community, human rights organizations, Islamic countries, and all free people around the world to take a firm stand against this barbaric aggression and to take urgent action to prevent the continuation of these crimes, which represent an extension of the genocidal policies practiced by the United States and Israel in the region.
It emphasized that this crime is part of a systematic American plan targeting the Yemeni people for years through bombing and a stifling blockade, which has led to a worsening health situation and the spread of deadly diseases, most notably cancer, which has spread as a result of the use of internationally banned weapons since 2015.
