The Cooperative Union of Textiles, Garments condemned the US aggression targeting the cotton gin in the Zabid district of Hodeidah province for the second time.
The union affirmed in a statement that the US attacks on industrial facilities reflect a deliberate attempt to destroy Yemen’s national economic infrastructure. It emphasized that the Zabid cotton gin is an economic establishment that supports numerous farming families.
The statement also stressed that US aggression would not deter the Yemeni people from continuing to champion the central cause of the nation and supporting the people of Gaza, who are facing genocide at the hands of the US-backed Zionist enemy.
