As part of the “Breaking the Sword” ambush operation, Hamas’ armed wing, the Al-Qassam Brigades, has released footage showing sniper attacks on several Israeli occupation soldiers using the “Ghoul” sniper rifle east of Beit Hanoun, at the northernmost edge of the Gaza Strip.

“Our fighters carried out four double sniping operations using the Qassam-made “Al-Ghoul” rifles against enemy officers and soldiers at one of the newly established positions east of Beit Hanoun,” the Brigades said .
“Our fighters targeted military equipment (military vehicles) with several anti-armor projectiles. The fourth sniping operation was not filmed.”
On Friday, the group announced it had carried out a sniper operation targeting Israeli occupation soldiers and officers along Al-Awda Street, east of Beit Hanoun in northern Gaza.
