The Yemeni Foreign Minister in Sana’a, Jamal Amer, met with the Resident Representative of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Sana’a, Peter Hawkins, on Saturday.
During the meeting, UNICEF’s activities were discussed, particularly in the field of supporting health institutions that benefit nearly 7.4 million citizens.”
The meeting also addressed the ongoing arrangements for the visit of UNICEF’s Regional Director for the Middle East and North Africa, aimed at reviewing the projects implemented by UNICEF in coordination with the relevant authorities.”
The UNICEF Resident Representative clarified that the organization’s action plan for 2025 is proceeding as scheduled in cooperation with the concerned parties.
