Under the chairmanship of Deputy Interior Minister Major General Abdulmajeed Al-Murtadha, a high-level security meeting was held today in Sana’a to evaluate the current security situation in light of recent national developments.
The meeting focused on Yemen’s steadfast position in support of the Palestinian cause and the repercussions of ongoing American aggression against Yemen.
During the meeting, Deputy Interior Minister Major General Abdulmajeed Al-Murtadha commended the exceptional efforts made by all security units in maintaining national security and stability.
He particularly highlighted their outstanding performance during mass rallies and popular demonstrations in support of the Palestinian people.
Al-Murtadha emphasized the importance of enhancing vigilance and security awareness, and maintaining constant readiness to counter any hostile attempts targeting Yemen’s security and stability, underscoring the high level of preparedness to execute all leadership directives—whether in security operations or military engagements.
Major General Al-Murtadha emphasized the necessity of continuing mobilization activities and maintaining full preparedness to wage the battle for Yemen’s defense.
For his part, Undersecretary of the Interior Ministry Major General Ali Al-Houthi affirmed that the Ministry maintains the highest levels of operational readiness to fulfill its duty of armed resistance across all fronts.
He affirmed that the enemies’ destiny is defeat and loss, stressing that all plots aimed at undermining Yemen’s security and internal stability will be foiled—by God’s will—and through the coordinated efforts of the country’s security apparatus and the unwavering solidarity of its faithful citizens.
