The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip reported on Thursday that hospitals in the Strip received 107 martyrs and 247 wounded in the past 24 hours as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression.

This brings the death toll since the start of the war 19 months ago to 175,959, including martyrs and wounded.

In its daily statistical statement, the ministry explained that among the martyrs were three who were pulled from the rubble of homes destroyed by Israeli bombing. It noted that the total number of martyrs since October 7, 2023, has reached 53,762, while the number of wounded has reached 122,197.

The death toll since the occupation resumed bombing operations on March 18, following the collapse of the ceasefire agreement, has reached 3,613, in addition to 10,156 wounded, the ministry added.

The ministry confirmed that many victims remain trapped under the rubble of destroyed buildings and in the streets, with ambulance and civil defense teams unable to reach them due to the ongoing bombardment and lack of necessary equipment.
