Geological survey agencies confirmed on Wednesday that a 6.1-magnitude earthquake struck Greece.
The agency said the earthquake was at a depth of 78 kilometers.
According to reports, residents in Palestine, Egypt, and Jordan felt an earthquake at the same time as the earthquake.
Egypt’s National Research Institute of Astronomy and Geophysics said an earthquake measuring 6.4 on the Richter scale was detected 431 kilometers off the coast of Egypt at a depth of 76 kilometers.
