A community initiative was implemented in the Bani Al-Harith District of the Capital Municipality to support staff working in several schools and summer courses in the Jadr neighborhood.
During his visit to a number of summer schools, the First Deputy Secretary of the Capital Municipality, Khaled Al-Madani, reviewed the progress of the summer courses’ activities and distributed financial support to the staff at these schools.
Al-Madani, along with the Director of Public Mobilization in the District, Mutahhar Al-Washli, the Director of the Education District, Abdul Salam Al-Ghuli, and the District Mobilization Officer, Saif Al-Jadri, listened to student participation in Quran recitations and demonstrations of their skills in public speaking, public speaking, poetry, and culture.
These demonstrations reflected the students’ level of benefit from the courses and the refinement of their talents in various fields.
The First Deputy Secretary of the Capital Municipality praised the efforts of those in charge of the community initiative, the role and interest of the summer school staff, and the students’ engagement with the summer activities and programs and their eagerness to benefit from them.
He emphasized the importance of summer courses in protecting young people from false cultures and the dangers of soft warfare, and in providing them with useful knowledge and sciences, most notably the memorization and recitation of the Holy Quran.
