Chinese, Egyptian Air Forces Conclude Joint Training

The Chinese and Egyptian air forces recently concluded their first joint air training exercise.

The exercise included training for combat focused on achieving air superiority and suppressing air defense systems, along with low-altitude flights over the pyramids.

A military expert stated on Monday that the training programs reflected a high level of coordination between the two countries’ fighter jets in an environment close to actual combat conditions.

This exercise is the first of its kind in which the Chinese Air Force has deployed a regular force to the African continent to participate in such exercises, according to an official statement from the Chinese military.
