Flights At Lod Airport Halted Due To A Missile launch From Yemen

Israeli media confirmed on Sunday that air traffic at Ben Gurion Airport in Lod, Israel’s largest airport, was halted after a missile was fired from Yemen.

Yedioth Ahronoth reported that several flights were stuck in the air due to a missile fired from Yemen.

Navigation data confirmed that four flights were experiencing delays in landing at Ben Gurion Airport and were flying off the coast of the occupied territories.

The Israeli army said that air defense systems were working to intercept a missile fired from Yemen, as a ballistic missile was detected heading toward the occupied territories.

Hebrew media also reported on Sunday that air raid sirens were sounding west of Jerusalem due to a Yemeni ballistic missile coming from Yemen.
