Hajj & Umrah Sector Condemns Zionist Enemy’s Targeting Of Sana’a Airport

Hajj and Umrah Sector condemned the Zionist enemy’s targeting of Sana’a International Airport and the bombing of the last civilian Yemenia Airlines plane, moments before pilgrims were due to board.

The attack was carried out with the aim of preventing pilgrims from performing the Hajj pilgrimage.

The Hajj and Umrah Sector explained in a statement that the Zionist enemy’s targeting and terrorizing of pilgrims, depriving them of performing a religious ritual, constitutes a flagrant violation of international law and a blatant breach of all international agreements, treaties, and protocols related to human rights.

The statement indicated that this targeting reveals the criminal ideology of the entity’s leaders and their passion for killing innocents, destroying infrastructure, and violating the basic rights of citizens. It proves to the entire world that they are criminal leaders and terrorist politicians.

The sector held the Zionist enemy fully responsible for the lives and safety of the Yemeni pilgrims, calling on all international legal and human rights institutions to condemn this criminal Zionist aggression, witnessed worldwide, targeting a civilian aircraft preparing to transport pilgrims, all but wearing their ihram garments, preparing to travel to the Holy Land to perform the Hajj rituals.

The sector affirmed that the barbarity and brutality of the Zionist aggression and the destruction of ports, factories, and civilian airports will not deter the Yemeni people from supporting the people of Gaza as a firm principle and a firm belief.
