Hamas Condemns US Congressman’s Call For Nuclear Strike On Gaza Ss “Crime And Genocide Incitement”

The Islamic Resistance Movement “Hamas” strongly condemned remarks made by US Republican Congressman Randy Fine, in which he called for a nuclear strike on the Gaza Strip—an appeal steeped in hatred and open incitement to genocide.

In a statement released on Friday evening, Hamas described the congressman’s extremist rhetoric as a “fully-fledged crime” and a clear reflection of the fascist racism that influences certain US political circles.

The Movement called on both the US administration and Congress to publicly denounce such remarks, noting that Congress has increasingly become a platform for justifying and encouraging Israeli crimes, most notably through its warm welcome of war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu.

Hamas stressed that the congressman’s statement constitutes a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and the Geneva Conventions and represents open incitement to the use of weapons of mass destruction against over two million civilians in Gaza.

The Movement concluded by affirming that, despite such barbaric calls, they will never weaken the determination of the Palestinian people or their faith in the justice of their cause. Rather, they further expose the true face of the Israeli occupation and its enablers.
