At least nine Palestinians, including two children and two siblings, were killed and dozens injured — most critically — in two separate Israeli airstrikes targeting a home and a community center in the Gaza Strip on Friday.
According to the local sources, six civilians were killed and dozens more injured, including women and children, after Israeli warplanes bombed a residential home in Jabalia al-Balad in northern Gaza. The home was reportedly fully occupied at the time of the strike.
In a separate attack, three children, including two siblings, were killed when an Israeli drone targeted a group of civilians gathered inside a tent at the Al-Bureij Services Club in the central Gaza Strip. Several others were wounded in the strike.
The ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 2023 has so far resulted in at least 52,418 documented Palestinian fatalities, with over 118,091 others injured.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
