President of the Supreme Political Council in Sana’a, Mahdi Al-Mashat, warned the Saudi-led coalition countries and their affiliated militias against any attempt to undermine Yemeni unity.
This came during his speech this evening marking the 35th anniversary of the Yemeni unity day.
President Mahdi Al-Mashat affirmed the continuation of jihad, struggle until the liberation of every inch of Yemeni land and the expulsion of the invading occupiers.
He also reaffirmed Yemen’s full readiness to confront any renewed American aggression, whether directly or through its tools, or any joint American-Zionist aggression.
President Al-Mashat stated that “the Yemeni people managed to remain united throughout history, despite changing governments and successive civilisations.”
He further renewed Yemen’s firm religious and principled stance in supporting the oppressed Palestinian people.
He sent message to the Palestinian people saying: “Do not be affected by the betrayal of the betrayers. God is with you, we are with you—your blood is our blood, your pain is our pain. Our decision remains to place all the capabilities of our forces at your disposal until the aggression stops, the siege is lifted.”
“We affirm the continuation of support operations for Gaza regardless of the consequences,” he said.
Regarding the US-Yemeni ceasefire, Al-Mashat said: “What happened between us and the Americans revealed clearly to the world that there is no threat to anyone’s navigation unless they commit aggression or support Zionist crimes.”
Commenting on Baghdad Summit, he said: “We had hoped that the Arab Summit in Baghdad would produce practical positions that alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people. We regret to see the wealth, resources of our nation going to its enemies.”
He noted that the ongoing conflict today is an Arab, Islamic struggle against the usurping and occupying Zionist entity—the common enemy of all peoples.
President Al-Mashat concluded his speech by saying: “The responsibility to fight, confront, and resist the Israeli enemy does not fall on one party alone—it is a collective duty imposed by the unity of our destiny.”
