Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova commented on publications about the alleged details of Russia’s participation in negotiations to resolve the conflict in Ukraine in Turkey.
“Yesterday I had to read all this correspondence between the universe and galaxies on anonymous social media accounts. I don’t know who this is being done for,” Zakharova said on Sputnik radio.
According to her, the Russian side will promptly announce all information about the negotiations. In addition, the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also urged to wait for official statements.
Russian President Vladimir Putin invited the Ukrainian side to resume direct talks in Istanbul on May 15. US President Donald Trump, in turn, called on Ukraine to immediately accept Russia’s proposal.
