Executive Director of the Yemen Standards, Metrology and Quality Authority Sam al-Bashiri on Monday inspected the workflow at the Authority branch in Ibb province.
Al-Bashiri discussed performance progress, achievement indicators, and work challenges with the branch leadership and staff, seeking solutions to meet strategic objectives and develop activities according to the annual plan.
The meeting reviewed the workflow, basic needs for improving services to traders and citizens, and solutions to facilitate transactions and the quick release of compliant goods.
The Director General emphasized the importance of dedication and honesty in carrying out assigned tasks, stating the Authority’s commitment to combating fraud and enhancing regulatory efforts. He commended the branch’s work in protecting consumers.
The Ibb branch leadership and staff expressed their appreciation for the Authority’s focus on field work and support in overcoming difficulties.
