Yemenia Airways announced on Friday that it would begin transporting pilgrims from Sana’a International Airport to Riyadh, starting May 24, 2025.
The company explained in a statement the step came after obtaining official permits from the relevant Saudi authorities.
According to the company’s statement, the dates for the flights for Saturday have been set for about two thousand pilgrims.
Yemenia Airways also affirmed its commitment to providing the best services to pilgrims, noting that its crews would work around the clock to ensure the smooth flow of flights, calling on everyone to understand the current circumstances in light of the expected pressure in the year’s Hajj.
