Public Relations Department of the Revolutionary Guards in Lorestan, Iran, announced that “16 traitorous elements, supporters of the usurping Zionist entity, were arrested in Lorestan Province by the IRGC Intelligence Organization. Through their activities in cyberspace, they attempted to incite public opinion and weaken national unity.”
The IRGC explained, according to the Iranian Tasnim News Agency: “Any activity in cyberspace or real life that serves the malicious goals of the enemy, leads to the spread of despair and the weakening of national unity, or spreads false news and rumors, or sends images to hostile media outlets, will be under 24-hour surveillance.
Strict measures will be taken against violators, and they will be referred to judicial authorities.”
