Millions of the Yemeni people took to the streets of the capital Sana’a and many other cities in mass rallies in solidarity with the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, reaffirming their unwavering stance despite all challenges and conspiracies.
The rallies were held under the slogan: “Steadfast with Gaza… Readiness and Mobilization Against Aggression.”
The crowd carried the Yemeni, Palestinian flags and banners denouncing the enemies of God, and signs commemorating the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (AS).
They roared with powerful chants, including: “With Gaza, Yemen of the Supporters – Ready and Mobilized!”, “We will continue this path – Ready and Mobilized!” , and “We will never betray Gaza, no matter what happens – Ready and Mobilized!”
A statement issued by the march organizers strongly condemned the continued silence of most Arab and Islamic governments regarding the massacres in Gaza, rejecting the global complicity and hollow rhetoric that only emboldens the enemy to persist in its crimes.
The statement warned: “The dangerous state of the Ummah has become a real and imminent threat to its present and future.”
The statement affirmed: “The Yemeni people, under their wise leadership and Quranic project, will never retreat from their steadfast positions in support of Gaza and all of Palestine.”
It added: “We are not intimidated by the threats of the Zionists, Americans, or their tools. We are prepared for any escalation, no matter its scale or source.”
The statement praised the legendary heroism of the Palestinian people in Gaza and the West Bank, calling them “a source of pride and an inspiring model.”
The demonstrators urged Arabs and Muslims—peoples and governments alike—to boycott Israeli and American products, emphasizing: “Boycott is an effective, impactful, and accessible weapon—the least we can do in response to the crimes of the Zionist-American enemy in Gaza.”
