The Palestinian community in Bremen, Germany, along with the Palestinian Assembly for Homeland and Diaspora, organized a massive demonstration last night to condemn the ongoing genocide and starvation in the Gaza Strip. Arab communities, as well as German and European solidarity activists, participated in the rally.
According to the Palestinian news agency WAFA, participants waved Palestinian flags, carried shrouds symbolizing the children killed in Gaza, and displayed banners expressing solidarity with the Palestinian people. The banners also denounced the heinous crimes committed by the occupation army against Palestinian civilians, including women and children, in the Gaza Strip.
Samer Bilal Aslan, head of the Palestinian community in Bremen and its suburbs and deputy head of the German-Palestinian Association, called on the international community to intensify pressure to stop the horrific crimes and daily genocide in the Gaza Strip.
