The President of the Supreme Political Council in Sana’a, Mahdi Al-Mashat, issued on Thursday the Decree No. 25 for the year 1447 AH, the first article of which stipulated the appointment of Major General Staff Yousef Hassan Ismail Al-Madani as Chief of the General Staff at the Ministry of Defense.
The second article of the decree stipulated that it shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
