Israeli forces carried out widespread attacks against Palestinian citizens in several areas of the West Bank, including raids, arrests, the erection of checkpoints, and gunfire.

This evening, Friday, Israeli forces closed the main entrance to the town of Deir Dibwan, east of Ramallah.

The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that Israeli army and police forces stormed the town through its main entrance, completely closing it to Palestinian movement and preventing residents from entering or leaving.

Earlier today, Deir Dibwan witnessed an attack by settlers who stormed the home of the Abu al-Kayed family, located on the outskirts of the town, while they were harvesting olives on their land.

Clashes subsequently erupted at the town’s entrance between Palestinians and settlers, who were protected by the Israeli army. The army opened fire before the settlers split into two groups. The first group headed towards the town of Beitin, and the second towards Deir Dibwan.

The enemy forces also fired tear gas and stun grenades at Palestinian civilians who attempted to resist the attack, resulting in cases of suffocation.

In Tulkarm, Israeli enemy forces arrested a young man from the town of Far’un, south of Tulkarm.
