Death Toll From Israeli Genocide Rises To 70,942, With 171,195 Injured

The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Tuesday that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli occupation genocide operations in the Strip has risen to 70,942, with 171,195 wounded since October 7, 2023.

In its daily statistical report, the ministry stated that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received 5 martyrs (one new martyr and four recovered bodies) and 3 wounded over the past 24 hours.

The ministry added, “many victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and civil defense crews are currently unable to reach them.”

The report further disclosed that since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, 2025, the toll in the Gaza Strip has reached 406 deaths and 1,118 wounded, in addition to the recovery of 653 bodies from previous incidents.

Additionally, the Health Ministry reported the death of a citizen due to a building collapse, bringing the total number of fatalities resulting from structures collapsing during the current low-pressure weather system to 16 cases.
