The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, stated today, Thursday, that the findings revealed by a CNN investigation concerning the “criminal Zionist enemy army” bulldozing the bodies of Palestinians killed while seeking aid—and leaving the corpses of dozens of martyrs exposed after killing them and preventing their retrieval—constitute new, documented evidence of a facet of the “systematic Zionist extermination” against the Palestinian people.
Hamas further asserted that this evidence is an additional proof of the enemy’s deliberate action to “turn aid into traps of mass death.”
In a press statement, the movement declared that the atrocities committed by the “criminal Zionist enemy army” against the Palestinian people “are not isolated incidents, but rather war crimes and systematic attacks committed before the eyes of the world, with utter disregard for international law and the most basic principles of human rights.”
Hamas attributed this context to the “complicity of the US administration and some Western capitals with the genocide, and their obstruction of the international legal prosecution of Zionist war criminals, led by Netanyahu.”
The movement demanded that the International Criminal Court (ICC), the International Court of Justice (ICJ), and all relevant national courts “follow up on this heinous crime and include it in reports documenting the enemy’s crimes,” with the ultimate goal of holding the enemy’s leaders accountable for their crimes against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
