The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), has said that a recent CNN investigation showing Israeli forces bulldozing the bodies of Palestinian civilians after killing them while seeking aid and leaving dozens of corpses to decompose in the open provides new documented evidence of the systematic genocide being committed against the Palestinian people.
In a statement on Thursday, Hamas added that the CNN investigation offered further proof of Israel exploiting humanitarian aid as deadly traps to deliberately cause large-scale loss of Palestinian lives.
“The atrocities committed by the criminal Israeli occupation army against our people are not isolated incidents, but war crimes and systematic assaults carried out in full view of the world, with total disregard for international law and the most basic principles of human rights. This comes amid the complicity of the US administration and certain Western capitals in the genocide, and their obstruction of international judicial efforts against Zionist war criminals spearheaded by Netanyahu,” Hamas highlighted.
The Movement urged the International Criminal Court, the International Court of Justice, and other competent courts to thoroughly investigate this heinous crime, incorporate it into official reports on Israeli offenses, and ensure that Israeli leaders are held accountable for their crimes against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
