Two Killed In Israeli Strike On Van In Bekaa, Lebanon

Two Lebanese citizens were killed on Thursday in an Israeli strike on Hermel in eastern Lebanon as the Israeli enemy proceeded attacks in the country’s south in violation of the 2024 ceasefire, Al Mayadeen TV reported.

Earlier in the day, Israeli aircraft reportedly dropped explosive devices over the town of Houla in South Lebanon, damaging an excavator and several vehicles in the area. Israeli forces also demolished a building in Kfar Kila following a ground incursion into the town.

These ongoing attacks on Lebanon come amid continued Israeli violations of the ceasefire announced on November 27, 2024, United Nations Security Council Resolution 1701 from 2006, and Lebanon’s sovereignty.
