WFP: 2025 Was Most Difficult Year for Middle East

The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) confirmed that 2025 was one of the most challenging years for the program in the Middle East and North Africa, particularly in the Gaza Strip.

In a post on the X platform, monitored by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the WFP noted that 59 aid distribution points remained operational throughout the Gaza Strip, despite the program suffering from funding shortages, overworked teams, and attacks on aid workers.
