Yemen Condemns US Violations Against Venezuela

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of Yemen has strongly rejected the aggressive policies of the United States and its violations against Venezuela.

In an official statement, the ministry warned of the serious consequences of continued US escalation against Caracas, stressing that this hostile approach threatens stability in the Caribbean region and undermines international security and peace.

The ministry condemned the international silence in the face of US provocations, including military mobilization, airspace closure, and the seizure of a Venezuelan oil tanker, emphasizing the necessity of respecting international law, halting all forms of escalation, pursuing dialogue, and resolving disputes through peaceful means.

Yemen described the US measures as a serious escalation and a blatant violation of the United Nations Charter, international law, Venezuela’s sovereignty, and territorial integrity.

It highlighted that the US continues to pursue aggressive policies against countries that refuse to submit to its hegemony and insist on independent national decision-making.

The United States’ recent escalation against Venezuela—including airspace closure, oil tanker seizures, and military posturing—reflects a deliberate campaign to intimidate nations that resist US control.
