Yemen Scholars Association has condemned the “American crime against the Holy Quran,” asserting that this insult represents a blatant disregard for Muslims and a mockery of their sanctities, reflecting the deep-seated hatred held by the aggressors.
In a statement issued today, Tuesday, reported by “26 September Net,” the Association emphasized that regimes and groups aligned with American policies in the Arab and Islamic worlds bear a portion of the responsibility for these violations.
The statement called upon the nation’s scholars, preachers, and intellectuals to fulfill their duty in educating and mobilizing the people through the Holy Quran to confront these challenges.
The statement added that the enemy directs its hateful arrows toward everything it fears, foremost of which is the Holy Quran, which represents the path of glory and dignity for the Islamic nation.
The Association considered this crime and similar acts as further evidence of the correctness of the stance taken by the free people who oppose America and “Israel” and confront their agendas.
The statement concluded by asserting that the insult to the Holy Quran serves as a damning argument against those who remain bystanders or negligent, and a “stain of shame” on the foreheads of those who align themselves with the American and Israeli enemy.
It called for a unified Islamic position to reject these violations and defend the sanctities.
