The Yemeni House of Representatives in Sana’a on Saturday condemned the continuous escalation and sabotage acts in “the occupied southern and eastern governorates,” particularly Hadhramaut and Mahrah, carried out by armed militias loyal to the Saudi and Emirati regimes.
The House expressed its absolute rejection of the conspiratorial plots aimed at turning the occupied governorates into arenas for settling scores and dividing influence among the warring militias.
The Parliament warned the “aggression militias and mercenaries” (forces loyal to Saudi-Emirati led coalition) against tampering with the nation’s security and stability, holding them fully responsible for the chaos, looting of wealth, and terrorization of peaceful citizens.
The House called upon the free people in the occupied southern and eastern governorates to unite their ranks and consolidate the national front to confront the schemes targeting Yemen’s unity and sovereignty.
