Yemen’s Parliament warns of dangerous Zionist plot targeting Somalia

Yemen’s Parliament strongly condemned the Israeli enemy’s recognition of the self-declared “Somaliland” region as a dangerous and aggressive act targeting Somalia, Yemen, and the broader Arab and Islamic world.

Yemen Parliament emphasized the readiness of the country’s Armed Forces to respond to any movements by the Israeli enemy in the Red Sea and Horn of Africa, labeling such actions as hostile threats.

The parliament stressed that Arab and Islamic unity is essential to confront these challenges and support the causes of the Ummah in Palestine, Lebanon, and Somalia.

In a statement, the parliament expressed full support for Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi’s guidance regarding the Israeli enemy’s aggressive moves in the region, authorizing political and military leadership to take all necessary measures to protect Yemen’s sovereignty, unity, security, and stability.

It warned of Zionist ambitions to establish a foothold in Somalia, which could threaten the Red Sea and Horn of Africa. It called on Arab, Islamic, and international parliaments to take decisive measures to halt such interventions.
