15 Palestinians have been killed in new Israeli ceasefire violations in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours, including five children. The attacks also left several others injured, the Palestinian Information Center reported.
According to the Center, Israeli warplanes struck a home in Block C of Nuseirat camp, killing several civilians and injuring others.
Additional strikes targeted a shack and a house in the Asqoula area in the Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, resulting in four more victims and additional injuries.
Israeli aircraft also bombed areas in Deir al-Balah and a house in Al-Bureij refugee camp, while Israeli artillery shelled Sikka Street in the Zaytoun neighborhood of southeast Gaza City.
Earlier in the day, four more civilians, including three children, were killed when an Israeli drone exploded inside a displaced persons’ tent on Street 5 in the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Yunis, southern Gaza. Another citizen was also killed when an Israeli drone dropped a bomb on a group of civilians in the Sheikh Nasser area east of Khan Yunis.
In another attack, Israeli forces targeted a tent in the Al-Atar area of Al-Mawasi, Khan Yunis, killing one person and seriously injuring three others. Meanwhile, a man was martyred and others were wounded when an Israeli drone struck a tent sheltering displaced people west of Faisal Tower in southern Al-Zawaida in central Gaza.
In the northern part of the Strip and Gaza City, Israeli gunfire in the Al-Falouja area west of Jabalia refugee camp killed 11-year-old girl Hamsa Nidal Housso.
The shelling of Abu Hussein School, which was sheltering displaced civilians in Jabalia camp, killed one person and injured four others.
Three civilians were also injured in an attack on Khalifa School in the Beit Lahia project area. At the same time, another was seriously wounded by Israeli forces’ targeting of citizens near Kuwait Junction in the Zaytoun area of eastern Gaza City.
