American Democratic Senator Bernie Sanders criticized President Donald Trump, affirming that he does not possess the constitutional authority to attack any other country.
In a post on the “X” platform on Sunday, monitored by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), Sanders said that Trump, while 60% of Americans live from paycheck to paycheck, should focus on addressing crises at home, stop his illegal military adventures, and cease trying to “manage” Venezuela’s affairs for the benefit of major oil companies.
On Saturday, American President Donald Trump announced the arrest of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife and their escort out of the country.
In a post via the “Truth Social” platform, Trump wrote, “The United States of America has successfully executed a large-scale strike against Venezuela and its leader, and American law enforcement authorities participated in the operation,” he claimed.
