The Director of Al-Shifa Complex in Gaza, Mohammed Abu Salmiya, said that genocide is still ongoing in the Gaza Strip; no bombardment has stopped, nor is the entry of any medicines or medical supplies allowed, questioning: “About which ceasefire are you speaking?”
He added in a post on Facebook, monitored by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba): “Martyrdom of eight and injuries of dozens today, Thursday, most of them women and children, and the entry of medicines and medical consumables is still not allowed. Hospitals lack the most basic medicines and medical consumables.”
He pointed to an increase in the number of cases admitted to hospitals due to the cold and the widespread spread of the influenza virus, which has claimed the lives of many children, the elderly, and patients with chronic diseases.
He added that the entry of any safe heating means is also not allowed.
He affirmed that genocide continues in all forms.
He called for saving the children, elderly, and women of Gaza.
