At least four Palestinians were killed today in an Israeli artillery shelling of the Zeitoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City, the Palestainain offial news agecy WAFA reported, citing medical sources.
According to the sources, the four Palestinians were killed in an Israeli shelling outside of its designated areas in the Zeitoun neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
Earlier, Fadi Wael al-Najjar was killed by Israeli fire outside of its designated areas at the Bani Suheila roundabout, east of Khan Younis.
Eleven Palestinians, including three journalists, were killed yesterday, Wednesday, by Israeli gunfire and shelling in various areas of the Gaza Strip.
Since the ceasefire in October, more than 1,820 Palestinians have been killed or wounded as a result of more than 1,300 violations of the agreement committed by Israel.
The death toll from the Israeli offensive on the Gaza Strip has risen to 71,562, with 171,379 wounded, since the start of the offensive on October 7, 2023.
