Hezbollah hailed the million-person marches that took place across the Islamic Republic of Iran in support of the Islamic system and stability.
In a statement, it said: “These marches have clearly expressed the true direction of the Iranian people, who are rallying around the leadership of the Islamic Republic of Iran, headed by the Imam and Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, along with the government and all state institutions.”
Hezbollah added that the Islamic Republic of Iran is an independent, sovereign state whose people have chosen their system, laws, and constitution with full freedom of will. Since the victory of its revolution in 1979, it has faced global aggression sponsored by the United States of America, aimed at sabotaging this independent, popular, Islamic, and moral experience.
It continued, “Despite the economic conditions Iran suffers from, arising from sanctions and aggression, it remains steadfast, developing its capabilities in various fields, working to serve its people within a system based on free and fair elections, and it upholds people’s right to protest and demonstrate peacefully. However, America insists on sabotaging Iran from within and uses the Zionist entity as a tool of crime, murder, and chaos to overthrow the popular Iranian system.”
It added, “It has been proven through images, statements, and evidence that American and Israeli agents use some small groups to infiltrate protests and turn them into chaos and sabotage, including burning mosques, government and security centers, and vandalizing public property—criminal acts that have no connection to living demands or the right to protest. Rather, Trump and Netanyahu claim to speak in the name of the protesters due to their lack of significant internal leadership, as they are a handful of agents managed by those who launched a 12-day aggression against Iran to overthrow the system and failed, being exposed and suffering a resounding failure.”
While affirming its full support for the choice of the Iranian people and their leadership, Hezbollah emphasizes that the Islamic Republic of Iran will remain steadfast, strong, and independent, God willing.
