Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ismail Baghaei stated that the claims and statements attributed to US intelligence and published in Time magazine regarding the number of deaths during the recent unrest and riots in the country are “a big, Hitler-style lie.”
Baghaei added in a post on “X” platform on Sunday, which was monitored by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba): “Isn’t this the number they planned to kill in the streets of Iran?! But they failed, and now they are trying to falsify the matter in the media. A truly malicious act!”
