An Israeli enemy bulldozer and military vehicles advanced from the newly established gate west of the town of Al-Rafid in the Quneitra countryside of southern Syria.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights stated on its website that the enemy began opening a road within the buffer zone, amidst heightened military activity and deployment in the area. No reports of clashes or casualties have been received.
